Description & Requirements
This Senior Human Resource Analyst position reports to the Director of People and Performance (P&P)- Finance. Liaising with the Director of P&P- this position provides HRBP support to Finance leaders and works with HR COE partners globally on all aspects of the employee experience and lifecycle within Kraft Heinz. The Sr. HR Analyst partners with leaders at all levels to continuously assess and develop talent- providing support across all pillars of the HR function.
Main Responsibilities
20% - Staffing
  • Engage with all hiring managers on staffing plans & collaborate on job descriptions and responsibilities
  • Participate in interview and selection teams & partner with recruiters to drive best results
  • Leverage internal and external peer data to develop compensation proposals for new and existing employees
  • Ensure hiring managers are properly trained on all talent acquisition processes and practices
25% - Employee Relations
  • Work with leaders to actively handle and resolve performance issues proactively- minimizing any risk
  • Evaluate Employee Relations on macro and micro level to identify any trends and regularly train managers and team leaders on applicable processes and communication channels
20% - Talent Management & Development
  • Ensure teams are appropriately trained on the overall process as well as program changes in order to facilitate robust calibration sessions
  • Partner with L&D on employee on-boarding and other training and development initiatives
  • Handle the performance management driving high expectations with assigned client groups- including effective goal setting- development planning- quarterly reviews as well as continued feedback and coaching throughout the year
10% - Diversity & Inclusion
  • Ability to influence leaders in everything we do to ensure D&I is the foundation by which we live our values
  • Work across the organization to improve D&I efforts
10% - Drive Cost Efficiency
  • Actively develop team budget and seek opportunities to reduce costs on a continual basis while driving efficiencies while improving value.
15% - Data Accuracy & Visibility
  • Streamline reporting processes on HR key performance indicators (KPIs)- such as employee turnover- vacant roles- and time to hire on a weekly and monthly cadence
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
  • Lead and optimize existing dashboards for HR critical metrics to enable leadership decision-making- especially as it relates to turnover and employee engagement.
  • Manage and track Workday HR data changes and approval to ensure accuracy and compliance
Minimum Qualifications
  • Excellent organizational skills- self-starter and ability to meet deadlines and balance challenging priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in Human Resources or Consulting
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform in a rapidly growing environment
  • Experience with HR information systems and/or people analytics is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Advanced proficiency of PowerPoint and Excel
