Craft & Root is a digital design agency looking to expand their team of passionate creatives. They have a number of exciting new clients which offer the opportunity to execute a wide variety of awesome projects. The company is based in NYC and Tel Aviv, with all clients based in the States.


The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in:


  • Coming up with creative solutions that align with clients' needs
  • Branding & Identity (3+ years at an agency or studio)
  • Working with printing houses for special printing processes
  • Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
  • Working with dev/technology teams
  • Designing print collateral, and exporting files properly for print houses (3+ years)
  • Digital and Web Design (3+ years at an agency or studio)
  • Reviewing mid-level designer drafts to ensure quality


Required skills:


  • Excellent resourcefulness and independent problem-solving
  • Advanced knowledge of Figma (including auto-layout, component management, flows, advanced prototyping etc.) and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - must. Premiere, After Effects - a plus!)
  • Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving
  • Illustration or Animation skills - a plus
  • Video editing - a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to confidently present work to clients in English
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (must be fluent in English)
  • Excellent organizational skills
