GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Develops and executes creative concepts, designs and layouts for various print and digital media, such as logos, brochures, flyers, social media ads, website graphics, and other marketing materials.
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs that meet the client’s needs and business objectives.
  • Designs visually compelling templates in PowerPoint and Canva that can be used by various departments within the organization, ensuring consistency in branding.
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously, from ideation to delivery. Meets project deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Develops and maintains brand guidelines for the organization, ensuring all designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity.
  • Stays up to date with the latest design trends, technologies, and tools. Proactively suggests new ideas and approaches to improve design quality and effectiveness.
  • Reviews and provides feedback to freelancers’ and junior designers’ work. Ensures consistent quality and brand standards across all projects.
  • Maintains and organizes design files, photos, templates, and other design assets for easy access by the organization.

Responsibilities:
The Graphic Designer Senior will lead and manage all graphic design projects, from concept development to final execution, ensuring high-quality visual communication and consistent brand identity across all platforms.

They will work collaboratively with the Marketing, Creative, and the rest of the organization, producing designs that align with the company's branding and messaging and successfully communicating the message to the target audience.

This role will also be critical in shaping our brand identity and creating templates that other team members can use to produce consistent, high-quality designs.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Five years of experience in graphic design required, with a portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of design skills in both print and digital media.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field required, or equivalent experience.


Skills:
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team required.
Strong attention to detail required.
Problem-solving and time management skills required.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines simultaneously required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools required.
Knowledge of branding, marketing and digital design preferred.
