Senior Graphic Designer Jobs

Role Overview:

The Senior Designer is responsible for building and executing all design needs

ensuring creative, on-brand, and on-time delivery of all assets for both internal and external use.

This role will report to the Brand Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Support creative strategy and execution of creative assets for projects that include, but are not limited to new product launches, campaigns, in-real life activations, ongoing digital ads, emails, social posts, partnerships, internal presentations, and more spanning digital, print, and OOH.
• Work with the team to refine concept presentation documents, including but not limited to photo and video direction, graphic design, and third-party creative collaboration
• Strategize & execute all stages of the design process from concept to completion
• Develop consistent visual voice across all material
• Ensure creative deadlines are met by working effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment while maintaining brand equity and proper execution
• Follow through with content edits post-production across dynamic deliverables, including but not limited to retouching to a high standard and taste level
• Collaborate with Brand and Growth marketing, and other cross-functional departments to create a range of brand content

Qualifications:

• Strong time management and ability to multitask
• Experience with Figma a plus
• Competence working with video – from developing treatments to working with DPs, directors, editors, and motion designers
• Possesses a strong portfolio in digital and print
• Significant experience working with retouching
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
• Experience leading design for a CPG brand
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Advanced knowledge and education in Graphic Design
• Organization and time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Photography and photoshoot direction experience is a plus
• Excellent understanding of typography
• Exceptional eye for quality and attention to detail
• Self-motivated, positive work attitude, a strong sense of responsibility
