AECOM is seeking a Senior Estimator to be based in Sacramento, CA. This position is open to remote work.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Estimator performs as a team member responsible for developing cost estimates. The employee works in the Program Management & Oversight Branch of a major infrastructure program.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports the development of the bi-annual Programmatic Business Plan capital cost estimates, Program Baselines, and Project Update Reports.
• Facilitates the development of information used to develop cost estimates with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Supports the review of Contractor estimates and claims.
• Develop policies and procedures for programmatic cost estimating.
• Works in the development of all capital cost estimates for the client from the planning conceptual level to final design and construction cost estimates.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS +10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalence of exp and or education including 2 years of leadership

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to develop appropriate internal and external resources to facilitate the development of accurate cost estimates in a schedule-driven program environment.
• 14+ years of estimating experience
• Knowledge of all design and construction disciplines, and methods used in transit infrastructure work in general.

• Offered rate of compensation (California locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $141,243.45 - $261,300.39.
