Senior Director, Supply Chain

Our client, a global leader in the food & beverage space, is searching for a Senior Director, Procurement. This individual will be responsible for leading the company's procurement and sourcing efforts.

The Senior Director, Procurement will be responsible for:

• Identify gaps within sourcing and procurement and implement process improvement
• Engage with leadership and key stakeholders to understand business objectives
• Draft RFIs, RFPs, and conduct associated analysis
• Analyze risks to supply and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Communicate operational expectations to suppliers and transporters
• Develop and lead sourcing strategies with business objectives to help achieve revenue growth goals
• Managing and maintaining negotiating of contracts, supplier relationships, and service level agreements
• Work closely with quality teams on developing supplier verification
• Bring on and develop supplier relationships

The Senior Director Procurement has the following qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated experience in procurement/sourcing strategy
• Bachelor’s degree (required) – preferably Business, Finance or Science
• 7-10 years of Procurement experience
• Experience in following industries: Food, Beverage, Consumer Goods/FMCG
