10+ years of experience in Purchasing, Supply Chain, and/or Contract Management, with at least 5 years in a management role

Understanding of contract fundamentals; demonstrated skills in supplier operational and relationship management.

10+ years' experience in product management, product marketing, growth, or general management for a consumer-facing internet product.

Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration and management.

Knowledgeable in market research, industry news, and technology trends; capable of translating insights into POVs and sharing with relevant teams.

Experience with machine learning, automation, NLP, and cross-functional collaboration with technology partners.

Deep marketplace experience, preferably in the jobs space.

Direct overall supply chain including purchasing, selection of vendors, materials planning, inventory management, warehouse management, shop floor management and logistics

Strong understanding of MRP, Inventory Control and Work Order Management in a manufacturing environment

Inventory Management - overall goal is continued reductions without negatively impacting customer fill rate.

Oversee management of parameters and settings for MRP to optimize customer fill rates and inventory.

Manage the various vendor relationships to produce the service level requirement to support supply chain requirements

Develop knowledge of industry capabilities, new technologies, and availability of materials.

· In-depth knowledge of supplier base of pharmaceutical industry

Provide guidance on sourcing strategy and formulate sourcing plans on categories such as Lab instruments, consumables and MRO items.

Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

In collaboration with corporate strategic sourcing, support sourcing of API and excipients for new R&D programs.

Strong project management skills and ability to stay organized when dealing with multiple priorities

Strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office programs and other workload management programs

Set goals, track conversions, and manage deliverables from Creators effectively

Experience running campaigns, activations and influencer programs, honing in on critical KPIs and data

Bonus points for experience in the fashion space.

Actively source, identify and onboard new Creators who align with our brand values and our business needs

Extensive experience in implementation of progressive production management systems (Lean, Kanban, min/max, demand pull systems, Point Of Use supermarkets, etc.)

ASCM (Association for Supply Chain Management) CPM, CPIM APICS or other industry certifications preferred

Material cost management, supplier on-time delivery and supplier quality are key success factors.

Manage the Supply Chain Management departmental annual budget. Be aware and sensitive to company spending and take necessary action as appropriate.

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related mechanical degree

MBA or other advanced degree related to responsibilities preferred

Strong analytical skills and high level proficiency in inventory management, pricing, and purchasing software

8-10 years of experience in supply chain, food industry knowledge preferred

Food Manager Certification preferred but not required.

Must have excellent analytic skills; demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office suite software.

Proficient in supply chain management software and tools.

Manage Supply and into-plane contracts proactively.
