Job Description

The ideal candidate will have impeccable leadership and relational skills and can create win/win environments for all parties that he or she works with.This candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience and help customers and the CS-team achieve their desired goals.


Starting out as a senior Customer Success Manager, and moving into a leadership role in the next 6 to 12 months. At MSP360 the sky is the limit!

Responsibilities

  • Help building a CS-framework within MSP360
  • Own the CS-strategy within the sales organization
  • Ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients
  • Aid clients in achieving their goals


Qualifications

  • A builder and entrepreneur
  • Detail oriented and analytical skills
  • Experience in customer success
  • Demonstrated ability to increase revenue (NRR) from existing customers
  • Experience in customer facing roles
  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and grow
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Moving forward

  • Establish a long-term strategy for the team within MSP360
  • This position will be all about taking the current global CSM-team (4 people) into the next stage of their development in regards to People and Processes
  • Make the CSM-team a integral part of the revenue flow of the company
  • Streamline internal processes both with sales teams and products teams
  • Hire the best talent in the next 6 to 12 months
