3+ years of on-air radio experience required

Establishes relationship with listeners by providing entertainment and/or information of interest consistent with format, genre, and targeted demographic audience.

Interviews guests, moderates debates, converses with callers, and hosts live events.

Act as a first point of contact in scheduling meetings between On-Air Talent, Agents, and VP of Talent Management

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

Excellent follow through skills and the ability to anticipate and address business needs proactively

Experience within entertainment or sports industry preferred.

Assist with the submission of invoices and expenses for the department including approving P-Card expenses and coding in the system

Work directly with Producers on daily hair, make-up, and wardrobe call times; input into Media Pulse (scheduling software)

Other duties as required by management

Perform a live or tracked mix show that follows the radio station music strategy as outlined by the brand manager.

Collaborate with Brand Manager and other employees on format execution and developing unique content for the show and social media.

On-air experience in contemporary music formats

Experience with Wide Orbit Automation system, Adobe Audition, and Vox Pro

Experience DJing live events and creating commercial mixes

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Create and host YouTube videos regarding the Los Angeles Lakers

Create content regarding the Los Angeles Lakers! (Instagram posts, TikTok videos, etc)

Create graphic designs for the content you produce

Excel in front of a camera

Previous radio production experience, preferably in commercial production or imaging

Experience working as a team member.

Experience in creating and producing all commercial production on own.

Experience working as a team member with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a variety of individuals.

Assist programming personnel in developing and creating programming material (promos, liners, bits/parodies, etc.) when needed and as assigned.

Interview guests and other famous or public personalities, as well as moderating panels or discussion shows.

Television and product presentation experience

Previous experience in sales or television acting required

Ability to manage and maintain a flexible working calendar

Computer skills in Word and Excel
