Job Summary
The position of Senior Contract Analyst is responsible for revising, validating and processing all customer order forms, while following all relevant legal and internal guidelines and requirements.


  • Complete tasks quickly and with excellence in order to exceed both internal and external customer expectations;
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgement and discretion in matters of significance;
  • Receives and reviews all documentation from customers, such as, Letter of Authorization (LOA), name change documents, assignment agreements etc. and processes them to update the customer account information as needed;
  • Provide contract materials for leadership and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy;
  • Provides weekly and monthly reporting to management detailing the quantity of the customer orders processed;
  • Receives, reviews, and verifies accuracy of all customer order forms and other related documents for processing in a timely manner and files the fully executed copies of all orders and other agreements appropriately in the contracts repository;
  • Analyze and mitigate risk;
  • Processes all fully executed order forms in the internal quoting system to process the order as ‘sold’ and generate service IDs and tasks for the Operations team to initiate the provisioning of the services;
  • Looks for ways to improve Contracts team’s processes to increase efficiency and trains the Contracts team members to implement such improvements;
  • Notifies internal teams, including Operations and Billing teams, of any new customer order forms processed, with any non-standard terms and conditions included in such order forms highlighted for additional visibility;
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Receives requests from the Sales team to add customized terms to customer order forms and analyzes such requests for stipulations, obligations and liabilities;
  • Works closely with the Sales, Operations and Finance teams to gather specific details/approvals needed to draft any non-standard terms for customer order forms and ensures such additional terms comply with Masergy’s legal requirements and policies;
  • Track deadlines and department SLOs
  • Maintains a status sheet to track all customer orders received and processed by the Contracts team;
Senior Contract Analyst Requirements:
  • Excellent reading and comprehension skills.

  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented and a positive attitude.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a contract analyst in a related industry.
  • Paralegal certificate, technical writing certificate and/or telecommunications or technology contracts experience is a plus.
  • Proactive in resolving conflict out of a desire for better relationships.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
