Contract Analyst

Onsite: hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 remote)

Location: 825 Town and Country Lane, Houston TX 77024

Contract: 3 months

Schedule: M-F, 8-5pm

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all contractual terms and impacts are processed in a timely and accurate manner
• Process, review, and coordinate contracts, amendments, exhibits and correspondence for various types of Marketing Agreements
• Ensure compliance with the established SOX guidelines and procedures
• Coordinate and communicate agreements and/or system impacts with internal and external customers as appropriate
• Monitor and enter daily Marketing activity into Allegro, SAP, and any other pertinent platforms
• Assist with special projects as assigned by Management
• Respond to requests from internal and external customers and ensures all appropriate actions are taken and/or communicated to the appropriate personnel accurately and timely
• Draft contracts, amendments or exhibits by applying the established terms and conditions as negotiated by Marketing or Legal
• Review, process, analyze, and track confirmations, revisions and/or amendments for the assigned Marketing group(s)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year institution or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of relevant contract experience required
• SAP experience required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, including complex/compound spreadsheets
• Allegro experience preferred
