This is a 6 Month Contract - NO C2C - NO Exceptions


Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder. - NO Exceptions


Must currently be located in the US.


PLEASE NOTE: The candidate's need to travel to the client side approx. 40% of time. Expenses will be reimbursed.


The Workforce Strategy practice has a multitude of specialties, including Health & Safety/ Life Safety, Ergonomics, Transportation/ Fleet Auto, Behavioral, and Industry Expertise, which covers an array of specialized groups.


What can you expect?


  • Identifies and follow- up opportunities within own functional area to grow the book.
  • Drives and communicates moderately complex issues, recommendations, timelines, and deliverables to internal and client team(s) to manage project plan and progress.
  • Develops proposals with internal constituents and may sell consulting engagements to grow the book.
  • Facilitates engagement economics; monitors certain financial aspects of engagements and recommends engagement billing/pricing to support team and more senior consulting leaders.
  • Advises, coaches, and supports team members/peers in meetings expectations and sets expectations to promote a working-learning environment.

  • Develop and implement sustainable safety and health management systems.
  • Increase the quality, safety, and efficiency of operations; improve productivity and profitability.
  • Use Continuous Risk Improvement (CRI) process to create lasting improvement and support efforts to reduce workers’ compensation loss costs.
  • Reinforce behaviors needed to support business objectives.


What you need to have:


  • Ten or more years of related professional experience of developing and implementing safety at an operational and corporate level; supervisory duties a plus.
  • Documented history of achieving measurable results through the implementation of specific loss reduction strategies and programs.
  • Professional designations in the field of health and safety a plus
  • Knowledge of loss control strategies related to workers’ compensation, OSHA regulations, general liability and disaster/contingency management is essential.
  • College degree required, minimum Bachelor of Science

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: (Hiring Companies ATS Questions):


  • Do you have a documented history of achieving measurable results through the implementation of specific loss reduction strategies and programs.
  • Do you have technical expertise in OSHA regulations, Health and safety
  • Do you have knowledge of loss control strategies related to workers’ compensation, OSHA regulations, general liability and disaster/contingency management is essential.
  • Do you have ten or more years of related professional experience of developing and implementing safety at an operational and corporate level; supervisory duties a plus.
  • Do you have excellent written and verbal comm skills (Candidates would be asked to submit a writing sample)
  • Do you have a College degree required, minimum Bachelor of Science
  • Are you able to travel 40% or greater. Also, the candidate will be able to dictate what that travel schedule looks like
  • Do you have experience in designing/implementing health & safety in a direct industrial environment (e.g., retail, wholesale, food industry) at a supervisory level.
  • Do you have a professional designations in the field of health and safety a plus


CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CIH (Certified Industrial Hygienist) certification


  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
