- Assist with implementation of processes, tools and frameworks, including identifying best practices, training stakeholders and managing change
- Distil the business requirements to define project scope, translating project objectives into features, driving projects through development and launch, and monitoring post-launch improvements across teams
- Partner closely with product & tech teams, tracking product roadmaps, sharing B2B priorities & use cases, and working with stakeholders to build a cohesive understanding of the B2B space
- Help and lead in the delivery of new initiatives: from scoping, inception, development, Go-To-Market approach, testing and operational delivery & Business-As-Usual handover. Examples of initiatives: Identifying and launching new products or business models, inventories, rates, agent tools etc
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the TPSP & EPS organization, key offerings, product solutions, policies and processes, business goals and challenges to better understand their needs
- Analyse trends of cost and experience by journey, product, intent, and/or channel for example, to identify improvement opportunities. Focus on prevention of poor traveller/partner experiences and work across the business to implement these solutions
- Build relationships with key stakeholders within the team, department, and organization. Represents the team or function in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert
- Resilient in working in a matrix organization with competing priorities and demands on time
- A demonstrated ability to learn, acquire and utilize new technologies, disciplines and frameworks as needed
- As a self-starter you see the 'big picture' who can excel in a fast-paced and fluid environment to effectively prioritize and drive projects
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a quantitative field (Customer Service for related discipline) or equivalent professional industry experience within Business Analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to simplify complex concepts for wide audience
- Superior problem-solving skills, self-motivation and the capacity to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Experience in and full understanding of techniques for process improvement, technology assimilation, organizational change, and process modelling
- Comfortable operating in & guiding teams through complex, uncertain problems in a robust, structured and transparent manner
