Job Purpose and Impact

The Senior Associate Marketing Manager (Open to Remote) will lead cross-functional teammates with strong project management, support category growth with business analysis, and enable our animal feed/pet food brand portfolio management.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage several new product pipeline projects, collaborating across cross-functional stakeholders, to deliver against project goals, timelines, and resourcing requirements
• Partner with Marketing Manager in yearly strategic planning to identify and execute business priorities
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff
• Analyze product sales performance results to unlock critical business insights
• Other duties as assigned
• Leverage category trends, consumer and consumer insights, and competitive intel to support portfolio strategy

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of related work experience in marketing, sales, business analysis, or innovation
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience
• Project management experience, strong execution and continuous improvement mindset (Familiarity with Wrike or similar programs)

Preferred Qualifications

• Portfolio and business analysis experience – identifying key insights to drive decisions
• Industry experience –CPG/Retail and/or animal feed
• Master's degree or Master of Business Administration, business management or other marketing studies
• Product innovation experience, bringing new launches to market

Applicant Information

The expected salary for this position is $95,000 to 120,000. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.
