We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join our esteemed Estate and Trust team at Petrusha Law. This is a developmental position designed to provide you with a clear pathway to partnership within our practice. As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will work closely with colleagues and clients, gaining hands-on experience in estate planning, trust administration, and wealth preservation strategies.

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Associate Attorney with Petrusha Law, the successful candidate will:
- Conduct legal research and stay current with evolving estate and trust laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
- Guide clients through probate and trust administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and more.
- Engage in business development activities to attract new clients and contribute to the firm's growth.
- Manage a diverse caseload of estate planning, trust administration, and related matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to clients' needs and goals.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, the successful candidate will possess:
- Strong understanding of estate planning, trust administration, and related legal concepts.

- Proven track record of handling estate and trust matters effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic planning and management skills.
- Demonstrated business development skills and an interest in client development.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ethical integrity and commitment to upholding professional standards.
- Active license, State Bar of California.
- A minimum of three years of experience practicing estate and trust law.
- Professional yet approachable demeanor with clients and potential clients.
