We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Senior Associate Attorney to join our esteemed Estate and Trust team at Petrusha Law. This is a developmental position designed to provide you with a clear pathway to partnership within our practice. As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will work closely with colleagues and clients, gaining hands-on experience in estate planning, trust administration, and wealth preservation strategies.

Responsibilities:

As a Senior Associate Attorney with Petrusha Law, the successful candidate will:

• Conduct legal research and stay current with evolving estate and trust laws and regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
• Guide clients through probate and trust administration, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and more.
• Engage in business development activities to attract new clients and contribute to the firm's growth.
• Manage a diverse caseload of estate planning, trust administration, and related matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop comprehensive estate plans tailored to clients' needs and goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of estate planning, trust administration, and related legal concepts.

• Proven track record of handling estate and trust matters effectively.

• Active license, State Bar of California.
• A minimum of three years of experience practicing estate and trust law.
