Civil Litigation Attorney Requirements:

• Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
• Strong academic background and ABA-accredited law school
• Licensed in CA in good standing
• 2+ years litigation experience preferred
• Exceptional writing and analytical skills
• Experience in motions, discovery, trial preparation or direct trial experience
• Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong research and writing skills
• Experience in professional liability, general liability or personal injury, business law, employment law, real estate, construction, evironmental, family law a plus
