EM Legal, APC is a young and growing boutique workers compensation defense law firm that serves employers, carriers, and third-party administrators throughout Southern California. The firm is dedicated to providing consistent results to clients by limiting file count to ensure each case is timely, accurately, and thoroughly handled from start to finish. This low-volume model enables the experienced attorneys at EM Legal, APC to yield the best results for clients.


Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling workers’ compensation defense cases throughout Southern California.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in workers compensation defense litigation
  • Strong knowledge of California Workers Compensation law
  • Active membership in the California State Bar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
