Job Description

Our client is a National Real Estate leader enhancing communities while owning and operating a diverse portfolio of office spaces, R&D complexes, retail centers, and apartment communities.


JOB SUMMARY


We are hiring for a Sr. Accountant; you'll have the opportunity to work directly with the Controller and CFO while gaining knowledge in all areas of real estate accounting. This opportunity offers an excellent chance for career growth.


  • Oversee bank reconciliations, financial analysis, and budgeting
  • Accommodating HR with various duties
  • Maintain accurate property rent rolls, financial reports, and cash projections
  • Ad hoc accounting and financial projects
  • Experience with managing an office team of at least five members


QUALIFICATIONS


  • Independent worker with strong communication skills
  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows software programs


COMPENSATION


  • Compensation commensurate with experience
  • Compensation may meet or exceed posted ranges
