Job Summary:

The SCRIPT (Strategic CSforALL Resource & Implementation Planning Tool) Manager of School-Based Initiatives is responsible for supporting the SCRIPT Program Leader in development and implementation of SCRIPT programmatic needs specific to serving school-based stakeholders. The SCRIPT Manager will support the delivery of SCRIPT for schools across the country, with a goal of supporting schools in developing computer science education implementation plans through collective visioning, self-reflection, and goal-setting activities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform outreach for raising awareness and developing landscaping on school-based SCRIPT programmatic needs
• Identify the current landscape of school-based computer science education initiatives and resources to best support program implementation
• Collaborate with SCRIPT Program Leader and Content Writer to develop enriching school-based SCRIPT materials and resources for program delivery
• Collaborate with Associate Director of Programs and Partnerships on transitioning JROTC-CS program to school-based SCRIPT model
• Engage in self-directed research and learning about school-based capacity building best practices

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree required in education, computer science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project or program management, educational services, professional development
• Prior experience with SCRIPT preferred
• Familiarity in working with local education and school systems preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 25%
• Ability to work flexible off-duty hours on occasion

Salary Range:

$80,000 -90,000/year
