Position : Salesforce Solution Architect(Hybrid )

Location: Fort Worth, Texas

Required Experience

Minimum of 6 years of experience in architecting solutions and integrations across Salesforce platform and other cloud technologies, with a proven track record of designing and implementing Salesforce solutions for complex business requirements.

• Bachelor's degree with preference in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business, AND/OR equivalent relevant formal training, certifications, or work experience.

• Relevant Salesforce certifications such as SF Administration, SF Developer, and/or CTA (Certified Technical Architect) are highly desired, showcasing expertise in Salesforce platform and its various components.

• Demonstrated experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems, enabling seamless data flow and interoperability.

Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and experience with Agile Software development using Scrum.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate options and challenges to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong proficiency in analytics and problem-solving, with keen attention to detail in designing efficient and scalable solutions.

• DevOps experience with Flosum or other similar tools is a plus, showcasing expertise in continuous integration, continuous delivery, and release management.

• Broad knowledge and understanding of various systems beyond Salesforce, enabling effective integration and system landscape optimization.
