About Company:

We are hiring Sales professionals in the US Region with a high degree of experience in prospecting for new leads, implementing cold outreach campaigns, build relationships with potential customer Decision makers, performing demonstrations for customers on Our's capabilities, overcoming objections and negotiating with leads, build strong sales pipeline & enable growing topline of the Organization


Profile Requirements


  • Should have good connect with the Salesforce Sales Managers and the ability to build strong relationship with Partner ecosystem
  • Ability to identify and Network with Influencers and Decision Makers of Potential customer’s
  • Good knowledge & prior experience of selling Salesforce Eco system
  • “Never Say Die” Attitude to work on Potential Account Based Sales
  • Good Negotiation skills to convince and get the right deals for the Organization
  • Should have worked in onshore-offshore model of IT Services
  • Should have a minimum selling experience of 3 to 5 yrs in IT Services



  • Build expertise in the other areas of technology capabilities of Suyati and cross-sell other technology services like Cloud, Analytics, Testing, RPA, etc
  • Ensure Deal Margins are in alignment with the Organization standards
  • Collaborate closely with the Salesforce Technology Practice Team in building appropriate POC’s, Use Cases to showcase the capabilities to potential customers.
  • Identifying new trends and technologies that affect the sales of services
  • Prospecting of New Leads
  • Implementing Cold Outreach Campaigns
  • Influence Salesforce Sales Managers with Suyati’s Salesforce capabilities and build a win-win relationship to gain from Partnership Sales Channel
  • Work closely with Bid Management, Solutions, Delivery and Technology Practice is delivering the right solution at the right price to the customer
  • Develop strong relationships with the Salesforce Sales Managers to create Partnership Sales Channel
  • Build a strong Sales Pipeline for long term and participate in the Growth of the business.
  • Maintaining a database of prospective client’s potential / interested in company’s services
  • Collect and share the trends in Salesforce Industry needs with the Salesforce Technology Practice for them to build the right capabilities.
  • Understand the Salesforce Eco-system and the changes that are coming up
  • Identifying prospective Organizations for Account Based Sales and building strong relationships with Influencers and Decision Makers
  • Track the progress of all Leads, Opportunities, Proposals and Report them on a frequent basis
  • Responsible for the Salesforce Topline from new Customers
