Required Skills, Abilities & Experience

Design, execute, and analyze experiments using sound statistical methodology. Participate in risk management activities, including development and ownership of process FMEAs.

Experience with quality system documentation requirements and test protocols.

Develop manufacturing processes by applying engineering knowledge and product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.

Improve manufacturing efficiency through planning and evaluation of workflow, space requirements and equipment layout.

Calculate production, labor, and material costs; manage and adjust production schedules to meet demand.

Assists with diagnosing problems and/or failures in plumbing systems.

Cuts and assembles pipes, cleaning water supply, and disposal systems.

Assists with installation, repairs, and maintenance of chilled water, steam, heat, water, gas, drainage, sewage, and other plumbing systems.

Follows safety guidelines set forth by Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team and supervisor.

Operates reamers, threading discs, sewer tapes, pipe cutters, snakes, and other plumbing equipment and hand tools.

Performance management of the QA team and resources

7 years’ experience in Quality Assurance or a similar area

3 years of leading team experience

Understand the importance of tracking closely with the Development Project Managers on submittals to meet targeted project financing dates.

Experience in the solar, construction or real estate industries

Good knowledge & prior experience of selling Salesforce Eco system

Experience in Commercial plumbing (5+ Years)

Good analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and manuals.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level

Journeyman Commercial Plumbing Experience (4+ years)

Work with and train/help any plumbers, helpers who may be assigned to work with you.
