Glocomms are currently working with a leading end-user in the Insurance and Banking Industry, seeking 2x Salesforce Business Analysts to work alongside the already large but growing team.

Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Remote - Office in MA

Contract Length: 18 months

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: W2 ONLY (NO C2C/BENCH RECRUITERS)

About the Position

We are seeking TWO Salesforce Business Analysts to join our client on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce's capabilities and possess excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be playing a crucial role in gathering requirements, identifying process improvements, and supporting the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements for Salesforce projects.
• Support the project and product managers in tracking project progress, identifying risks, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Analyzing the existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement within the Salesforce Platform
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful translation of business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Develop detailed user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to effectively communicate requirements to development and implementation teams.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback to refine solutions and ensure alignment with business needs.

About you

• You will have 4+ years working on the Salesforce platform, either on a functional or a technical level
• Experience working on three or more clouds - A combination of the following: Sales, Service, Health, Marketing, Commerce, CPQ/Revenue, Community etc)
• You would have worked in a large team, being able to communicate cross functionally to the other teams
• Salesforce Business Analyst Certified
