The Alexander Technology Group is searching for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join a growing pharmaceuticals client as a key member supporting the IT Systems for the R&D organization including Clinical Operations working with the Veeva business systems for business requirements, data management, technical support and working with the company's vendor relationships. The Role
This candidate must have relevant IT experience in life science R&D such as Clinical, Biometrics, Regulatory, and Medical. You will represent the IT teams to the clinical organizations to communicate with different businesses lines, internal technology teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate will bring strong knowledge of Veeva administration, along with hands-on experience with data collection, integration, reporting and analytics.
Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement workshops to develop project plan to completion
• Assess key business and system processes
• Lead and manage Veeva quarterly releases
• Manage Veeva system configurations and other technical application/system lifecycle for the company's QA-Computer Systems Validation.
• Work with the IT teams to manage and monitor end-user administration/user access to managed systems such as Sharefile and Veeva)
• Facilitate dashboard development/data analytics for Clinical Development
• Own the relationship with external vendors for technical development.
• Develop working relationships with internal business areas and relevant system-vendors.

Qualifications

• Experience with Tableau highly preferred or Qlik or Power BI experience
• 2+ years of Clinical trial systems management systems expertise
• 2+ years of Veeva Admin experience
• Experience working within computer system validation (CSV) lifecycle management
• Knowledge with working with databases and query languages, understanding of the data ingestion and ETL process.
• 4+ years’ IT experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical device company
