You Will

• Work on complex business and technical problems, analyzing and evaluating current business methods and procedures for improvement
• Partner with team and stakeholders to develop and support SFDC custom solutions, while keeping operational excellence in mind
• Build effective cross-functional relationships
• Ability to negotiate winning solutions for end users and the organization
• Innovate and demonstrate intellectual curiosity
• Equipped with a deep knowledge of Salesforce, focus on the overall support and maintenance of Salesforce instances, including (but not limited to) design and development, integration, testing, regular platform maintenance, etc
• Design and implement new methods, procedures, and systems (both automated and manual) to improve the productivity, processing, and flow of information with end users
• Lead retrospectives for major outages or incidents
• Create and maintain thorough, up-to-date, functional and technical systems documentation
• Be part of Night/Weekend on-call rotation
• Design, execute, manage and document test plans
• Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products
• Proactively identify problems/gaps in our platform and take initiative to solve them

Qualifications

You Have

• Previous roles in a high growth, tech environment preferred
• Experience with enterprise application of Salesforce Service Cloud preferred, including OMNI-Channel, and reporting
• Current Salesforce admin certification, app builder, advanced administration
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst with increasing levels of responsibility
• Hands on experience with Salesforce technical limitations and considerations while designing the solution
• 3+ years participation & support for UAT and release management
• Prior relationship building skills coupled with the ability to develop consensus
• Good understanding of Salesforce Tech Stack, SDLC, development tools, CICD
• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience, with 3+ years in Salesforce Lightning

Additional Information

Block takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into one of four zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Zone A: USD $114,200 - USD $139,600

Zone B: USD $108,500 - USD $132,700

Zone C: USD $102,800 - USD $125,600

Zone D: USD $97,100 - USD $118,700

This role is also eligible to participate in Block's equity plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies, and may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
