We are looking for a proactive Salesforce Administrator to join the Provider Operations team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing and optimizing our Salesforce platform including elements in Health Cloud and Experience Cloud. Your responsibilities will include gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable solutions, developing and managing the product roadmap, and ensuring a positive user experience.

We're looking for someone who understands the Salesforce platform and can quickly identify areas for improvement based on our current setup and business objectives. Change management, governance, and effective communication are essential skills for this role. You'll be responsible for prioritizing and managing all aspects of Salesforce projects, and you should feel comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels. It's important to be able to translate technical information into simple terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact. This position will report to the Associate Director, Provider Experience and work closely with our Salesforce counterparts on the Revenue Operations team.


What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with Revenue Operations to manage Spring Health's Salesforce instance and with Data Science and IT to ensure clean flow of data between internal systems
  • Provide administrative support for Salesforce ad-hoc requests (reporting, data architecture, page layouts, visibility, etc.)
  • Manage and maintain integrated applications e.g. DocuSign, Zendesk, Hubspot, LMS, Credentialing and Financial software
  • Manage security & governance related to user profiles, roles, sharing, automation, and public groups
  • Develop and manage a project intake process to translate business requirements to technical requirements, and evaluate, prioritize, and roadmap requests from the business owners
  • Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce Health Cloud and all Salesforce activities related to growing and managing our provider network.
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Perform key administrator functions including maintenance, updates, system backups, and integration with various systems and applications
  • Assess team needs and conduct new user and ongoing user training, as needed
  • Manage, maintain, and improve the overall data architecture across standard and custom objects including technical documentation of data flow between systems
  • Create, improve, and maintain any necessary automations (Flows, etc.)
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports

What we expect from you:

  • Certified Salesforce Administrator
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
  • Ability to quickly develop Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support
  • Significant hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator including experience upgrading and maintaining Salesforce systems. Exposure to HealthCloud and ExperienceCloud required

Preferred

  • Other Salesforce Certifications including Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Designer or Developer certifications

The target salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
