Job Description

Role Overview

Under limited supervision, provide support and administration for the business areas systems and applications, specifically Salesforce. You will be responsible for day to day oversight of Salesforce with responsibilities to include, but not limited to, configuring Salesforce to business requirements, providing best practice recommendations and implementing functionality for a range of internal projects. You will lead projects and establish requirements to meet the information and process needs of the organization. Act as liaison to the business areas and systems users. Leads project teams for special projects within the business area and oversees with business process improvements. Resolves or recommends solutions to SharePoint and Salesforce-related requests and issues received from the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop User friendly customization to meet customer requirements
  • Triage production issues and release bug fixes
  • Lead for all Salesforce projects impacting the business area, requirements gathering session, end user training, and presentations
  • Maintain the active users and permissions across the organization
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Implement new instances of Salesforce across our brands
  • Consult with the business area management team to identify opportunities for business process improvements
  • May end up hiring, training and mentoring associates and interns
  • Coordinates and Manages the promotion of Salesforce patches, fixes and upgrades via the standard testing path of Development, QA and Production

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with Field Service Lightning
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Certifications: Administrator, Service Cloud, or Field Service Lightning is ideal
  • Minimum of 1 year Experience as an Administrator in the Salesforce ecosystem, including the Sales cloud and Pardot Salesforce
  • Minimum of 1 year of developing Salesforce
