Job Description

Role + Responsibilities

  • Local project management of global initiatives related to SFDC for the region
  • Partner with the region’s users to solve business problems either with existing solutions or guidance on the continual improvement process
  • Collaborate with our international colleagues centered in Germany to ensure you are up to date on system changes while providing local feedback
  • Assist Salesforce users via internal IT support tickets on process and tool-based questions specifically focused on Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
  • Understand the SAP service process in order to troubleshoot and assist with the SAP / SFDC interface

Qualification + Profile

  • Experience in IT application, ideally a CRM or ERP, administration and maintenance
  • Willingness to obtain Salesforce certification. Existing certification or Salesforce Trailhead badges optional
  • Ability to work individually and in a global team environment
  • Experience in IT project management or execution
  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
