As a supporting pillar of the revenue operations team, the Associate Salesforce Admin will help drive Center’s growth in a number of different ways.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce and its features, as well as experience in administering and supporting a Salesforce org. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

You should also be generally familiar with Sales processes and be willing to learn additional Revenue Operations Systems to support the greater business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in training of new user onboarding and rollouts of new or updated features and tools.
  • Assist in maintaining data quality and continuity.
  • Administer our Salesforce platform, including configuring and customizing our org, creating and managing reports and dashboards, and providing support to our users.
  • Support users including log-in, technical issues, enhanced functionality requests, and provisioning of new users with effective management of object and record level access.
  • Willing to grow and obtain new certifications in the Salesforce Ecosystem.
  • Monitor the performance of our Salesforce org and identify and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
  • Self-prioritize tasks based on business value and impact.

Qualifications Required:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 0-2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification 201 required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and its features.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in administering and supporting a Salesforce org.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
  • Experience with Gearset or other deployment management tools.
  • Experience in large Salesforce configurations
  • Salesforce Advanced Admin Certification
$60,000 - $80,000 a year
