Boeing is currently looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join their team in Englewood, CO. This position will focus on supporting Boeing Digital Services with analysis and providing capabilities for a global Support team.

A successful candidate will understand the importance of collaboration, as this position will focus on working within an Agile team to implement support agent-centric strategies and helping to enable the department to meet their organizational goals through metric analysis.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Analyzes regular metrics, KPIs and trends to influence department strategy and performance on a regular basis.
  • Assists in coordinating testing, including UAT, for new feature releases.
  • Demonstrates the Boeing Behaviors in a deliberate and observable way.
  • Collaborates with Support agents and the product team to identify concerns and potential issues included new approaches to meet the business and customer needs.
  • Partners with product team, ensuring consistent solutions are delivered across the department.
  • Acts as a point of escalation for issues or challenges encountered by Support agents. Capable of effectively triaging, communicating and de-escalating issues with impacted parties.
  • Investigate, analyze and evaluate case data to identify improvement and automation opportunities.

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite 3 days a week at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3 years’ Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
  • Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 5 years’ Experience with Salesforce or another CRM
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Salesforce badges and/or certifications
  • Experience with Tableau, Sharepoint and Excel

Typical Education & Experience:

Level 3

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD, Master+3 years' related work experience, 9 years' related work experience, etc.)

Level 4

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Level 3 Summary pay range: $93,500.00-$126,500.00
