Let’s Talk About The Team

Work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process. Considered the subject matter expert on the broad portfolio of products and solutions that ResMed offers, you will be tasked with growing revenue and solutions adoption with key accounts. You will efficiently seek opportunities to up and cross-sell across a broad portfolio of products and solutions.
Let’s Talk About The Role
  • Professionally represent ResMed as the subject matter expert on the broad portfolio of products and solutions.
  • Provide a great customer experience with frequent and consistent virtual interactions throughout the entire sales process.
  • Leverage technical tools to enhance effective and efficient communication.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and solutions adoption.
  • Develop and implement a proactive plan that involves service and support with Sales Management.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Document activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Enhance customer relationships through virtual customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, and problem resolution
Let’s Talk About You
  • Experience using Salesforce (SFDC) or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
  • Excellence in all forms of virtual communication.
  • +1 years relevant business experience in B2B sales
  • Motivated, execution and results focus with accountability for continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable having difficult conversations & negotiations.
  • Excellent sales, negotiating, and closing skills.
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.

Employees accrue fifteen days Paid Time Off (PTO) in their first year of employment, receive 11 paid holidays plus 3 floating days and are eligible for 14 weeks of primary caregiver or two weeks of secondary caregiver leave when welcoming new family members.
Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
This role is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan with a target of $22,000 annually.
At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $23.00 hour min - $34.00 hour max
For remote positions located outside of the US, pay will be determined based the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
