Are you a seasoned CFO with an acute understanding of the challenges small businesses face? Do you have experience in B2B Sales or Marketing your own Fractional Accounting & CFO services? SPRCHRGR is looking for an entrepreneurial individual who is passionate about the advantage working with an advisory can provide. You will partner with our Client Accounting Team to leverage our existing relationships and brand while also focusing on your local market to expand our consulting practice.

We work across a wide range of industries - technology, non-profit, SaaS, real estate, professional services, manufacturing, eCommerce, CPG, and more. If you want to Supercharge your own potential and help businesses succeed- this opportunity is for you!

Roadmap to Success:

  • You will begin doing Fractional CFO and accounting work for our existing clients. Learning our best practices and familiarizing yourself with our business and operating procedures.
  • Once you have a solid grasp on our business and best practices you will start working more closely with our Client Accounting Team and existing clientele to identify new areas of opportunity and establish relationships with your accounts. You will have access to support from our team of like-minded sales and technical professionals.
  • Lastly, you will start working on retaining new clientele and seeding your own practice in your local market through a combination of existing relationships, networking groups, SEO optimization, prospecting, and more!

Responsibilities -


  • Develop short-range and long-range financial plans to achieve established corporate goals
  • Responsible for overall fiscal operations: directing internal financial programs and procedures and maintaining useful relationships with outside partners and vendors
  • Account management working alongside our Client Accounting Team
  • Experience in a remote environment is a plus
  • An unwavering commitment to confidentiality
  • Provide business analysis on companies operations and product results
  • Provide leadership needed to plan and grow profit efficiently, including developing budgets and providing accurate projections in support of business strategy
  • Provide sound leadership in complying with financial and legal requirements
  • Advise on all accounting functions, including payroll, account receivables/collections, expense processing, taxes, and revenue recognition and reporting (working with our Client Accounting team, as necessary)
  • Eager to follow established practices of SPRCHRGR – and help improve them!

Qualifications -

  • Excel – at a minimum you must be highly proficient with - Pivot Tables, Data Tables, formulas, XLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR. VBA macro-writing is a plus
  • 3+ years in a B2B sales role or marketing of similar services
  • Strong understanding of GAAP
  • Experience working with venture-backed, private equity, and start-up companies
  • 12+ years in a financial role with at least 5+ years as a finance leader
  • Strong understanding of debt and equity financing
  • Transaction experience buying or selling companies

Compensation Package

    • Base Salary of $150-$175K
    • Bonus potential of 20-30% of Gross Profit (GP) the first year, and increases each year after.

Working Conditions

Work is typically performed remotely on a part-time or full-time basis during normal business hours on a schedule mutually agreed upon between the employee and their Manager. The employee should have a dedicated office space, free from distraction and a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
