Sales Reporting Coordinator - Remote

• Update company financial systems with sales transaction information and provide sales documentation required by the client.
• Run predetermined reports from various proprietary databases to identify potential transactions.
• Accurately identify matched sales transactions and updating database appropriately.
• Effectively communicate referral fee information to sales associates and branch personnel as necessary.
• Ongoing process and program feedback with stakeholders.
• Consumer Programs & Investor Services Lead Management.

• Ability to work well under pressure with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Real Estate background or knowledge a plus.
• Excellent data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently from a remote location and multi-task across different technology platforms.
• Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize.
• 2+ years experience in a customer service environment.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple parties; both internal and external.
