Job Description

We are looking for a talented commission-based sales freelancer to generate leads that will bring in substantial revenue and be beneficial for both you as a freelancer and our company.


As a freelancer, you will work closely with the team to develop joint strategies that will attract potential customers and identify new target segments. You will be responsible for setting sales targets for the sales department, and for motivating the sales team to achieve excellent results. Your expertise in sales will enable you to analyze business trends, evaluate market trends, and monitor competitors to stay up to date with developments.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to prepare common strategies
  • Ensure the sales team is up to date with business targets
  • Monitor competition and follow current developments
  • Learn the products and services offered, including the terms of the sale (e.g. special features, return and warranty policies)
  • Monitor sales numbers and marketing metrics
  • Calculate business trends, like monthly sales rates
  • Find prospective customers and new target segments
  • Set targets for the sales department

Requirements and skills:

  • Communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM programs
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Proven work experience as a sales consultant
  • Ability to gather and interpret data
