Position Summary

Virtuous is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing Revenue Operations Team. The position will report to the Revenue Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting pipeline and deal analysis, forecast methodology, buyer intent data, and providing insights to leadership that will drive pipeline generation.


This position should excite someone who is ready to take ownership of all aspects of sales operations and, alongside the Revenue Operations Manager, provide long-term strategic direction of Virtuous sales process and pipeline generation. For an ideal candidate to be successful, they will need to be a strategic thinker that is willing to take ownership over all things sales operations, such as: determining forecast methodology and running weekly forecast calls, identifying and dash-boarding key metrics for leadership to achieve the ultimate goal of revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop plans for annual quota attainment, pipeline coverage and headcount. In addition, be responsible for monitoring metrics and making strategic recommendations to leadership based on insights gathered
  • Own data enrichment for ICP accounts and determine best processes to refresh data
  • Identify and communicate trends and white space analysis to sales leadership to facilitate pipeline generation, ensure coverage and identify areas of opportunity
  • Manage the sales team tech stack: HubSpot, Gong, Salesloft. Slintel etc
  • Provide general operational support to sales as needed
  • Create and manage reports/dashboards that will provide a centralized location with visibility into pipeline, ARR, sales cycle and white space
  • Monitor health and activity of the sales pipeline
  • Contribute fresh perspective on process improvement
  • Continuously monitor and refine ICP as appropriate
  • Ensure data quality within the CRM by establishing best practices for data health, data appends and buyer intent data
  • Own the development of a sales forecasting model and run weekly forecast calls with managers

Requirements

  • Independent, self-starter who thrives in a fast pace environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to detail
  • HubSpot experience required
  • Experience with Salesloft and/or Gong is a bonus
  • 5+ years of in sales operations and/or sales data analysis
  • Startup environment/SaaS experience preferred
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana
  • Strategic thinker with a desire to own the sales operations function
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
