Mercedes-Benz of Brooklyn is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic results driven team!

Here are 10 important items you should understand about how we think before applying.

1. CRM utilization is a team effort and all sales managers must be involved daily.
2. Desking deals is the best way to do it, it provides opportunities to coach and develop
3. Daily meetings are a must and showing up on time is a priority. No country clubs at the Kollective Auto Group.
4. Our goals are to maximize profitability, however, for that we must provide an exceptional customer experience and when we make mistakes we must correct them no matter the cost.
5. CSI is cultural, fundamental and most certainly not optional.
6. We do not believe in Pre-Owned Managers. All managers must be involved and capable of handling anything Pre-Owned related
7. Reviews are to be provided to the team on a bi-monthly basis
8. We work... this is not a 50 hour a week job. Plan on being here
9. We also don't work when we don't need to. If we're not achieving all of our goals while being closed on Sundays, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years then we have the wrong team and we will move on accordingly.
10. We have fun. This is an amazing business where we get to meet fantastic customers, help develop people and have unlimited earning potential.
