Sales Manager Jobs

We are hiring our first sales manager in the US. This job is very challenging. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the recruitment and management of team members, and conduct sales training and assessment.
• Innovate, discover and try different sales models, and accumulate replicable sales plans for different segmented industries .
• Formulate sales strategies for the team, coordinate resources, monitor and optimize during execution, and achieve performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Bonus: background in AEC industries
• Be able to analyze and deal with problems and give conclusions independently
• Excellent team management skills, good at guiding and inspiring training for team members
• Confidence, intellectual curiosity, ability to cut through ambiguity, and a desire to learn
• 5+ years' of sales experience
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
