Position: Sales Manager


Location: Corporate office – Seattle, Washington


Responsibilities:


Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base in the casing industry.


Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads and closing deals.


Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.


Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.


Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product positioning, and pricing strategies.


Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, training, and guidance.


Set clear sales objectives and targets for the team, tracking performance and providing regular feedback.


Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports, presenting them to senior management.


Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).


Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role in the casing or meat industry.


Deep knowledge in the field of sausage casings, meat processing, and the meat industry.


Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.


Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a sales team.


Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.


Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools.


Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
