We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven salesperson to join our team. As a sales lead your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our products/services to potential customers and developing long-term account management. Your engaging communication skills will be essential in understanding customer needs and effectively conveying the benefits of our offerings.

The Sales Lead at ForgeWorks Business Development (FWBD) will be focused on establishing a healthy rapport and rhythm of communication with small business owners, as well as fostering networks throughout the communities that we chose to enter. The primary goal is to establish a presence within each community by closing small business opportunities for FWBD.We strive to be a collection of companies transforming communities.

Our Sales Lead is responsible for promoting and selling products and services to prospective partners. They engage with potential partners to; identify their needs, explain product benefits, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve acquisition targets.Additionally, our Sales Lead will build and maintain customer relationships to foster long term partner relationships.

Following are the key expectations for the FWBD Sales Lead:

●Prospect and identify potential partners through various channels, such as warm referrals, networking, and cold calling.

●Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with partners to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.

●Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.

●Collaborate with the FWBD team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.

●Close sales, ensuring partner satisfaction throughout the process.

●Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

●Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance, and progress towards targets.

●Continuously enhance product knowledge to serve as a reliable resource for partners.

●Ensure a smooth transition from Sales to Coaching.


Following are the key skills that we anticipate our Sales Lead to have:

Proven track record in sales with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with partners and conduct overall account management.

Strong closing abilities to secure deals.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Ability to adapt to different partner personalities and situations.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.

High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
