What you will be doing…

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and overall business success. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to customers in identifying, designing, and implementing solutions that meet their business needs. The role will closely work with the sales, product, and engineering squads to understand customer requirements, assess technical feasibility, and develop custom solutions that leverage the company's products and services.

You will also

• Provide ongoing support to all customers, ensuring their charging equipment is operating effectively and efficiently. It will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing training and education, and supporting the maintenance and repair process.
• Stay actively engaged in the electric vehicle charging industry, attending trade shows and conferences, participating in industry associations, and networking with other professionals in the field.

The key skills you will need…

We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, including different types of charging stations, connectors, and protocols. You will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with strong technical knowledge with experience in solution design, project management, customer support, and sales support to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
