Train how to sell feel good in a fully automated package

If you love the thrill of enabling deals in an impactful, ever-changing environment, you’ll lose your mind here.

As a high-growth tech company selling software in a competitive global market, the work is not easy. But it’s interesting and super fun. As the Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and delivering best in class virtual (and sometimes in-person) global sales training and enablement programs.

Get hooked on training the team on selling solutions that help companies become more efficient and make people feel good. This is our mission and it drives every area of our work – from the way we develop our products to how we talk about them, sell them and implement them for our customers around the world.

It’s what our sales team love about the work. Because it gives meaning to their roles. Oh, and did we mention it was fun? No? Well, you’re in for a good time.

What you’ll need to train the team to sell feel good:

  • Experience in managing indirect teams to achieve common goals.
  • Have worked in high-growth, performance-focused environments, collaborating with and presenting to senior leaders.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures as well as the ability to read P&L, cash flow and balance sheet impacts.
  • Able to manage full training cycle, including in-person activities and virtual learning.
  • Demonstrated progressive experience in a software sales or sales training role.

What you’ll do to grow fast and have fun:

  • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
  • Coordinate individual and team performance review/coaching sessions, and evaluate results after training sessions.
  • Design training, and produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. playbooks, videos, case studies).
  • Onboard new salespeople.
