As the Sales Director, Mid-Market, you will build and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives. You will be one of 4 Sales Directors at Center held accountable to driving the overall team quota and sales execution. As part of Center’s growing Sales team, you will be actively involved in developing account strategies, optimizing our Sales playbook and partnering cross functionally to drive maximum consumption of our clients from prospecting to growing.

You Will Have the Opportunity To:

  • Provide hands-on mentorship and feedback to each Account Executive on effective sales methodologies from discovery, qualification of leads, assessment of buyer profiles, deal closure, and accrual of spend
  • Forecast your team’s pipeline with a high degree of accuracy
  • Play an active role in screening and interviewing potential candidates
  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge of Center’s product and offering to assist your team to interpret complex problems, create simple solutions and collaborate closely with prospects
  • Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain sellers by using creative incentives and a team-focused approach
  • Review & develop long- and short-term sales strategies and identify opportunities for process improvements that align with the broader Center vision
  • Be involved with Sales training (new & continuous) of your Account Executives to find trends and areas of improvement
  • Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, and competitors to maintain sales volume.
  • Analyze data for deep understanding of the details and areas of improvement
  • Provide upward feedback to the Senior Director, VP of Sales, and other executives on field takeaways(i.e.,sales strategy & product obstacles)
  • Proactively manage, coach, develop and motivate a team of high performing Account Executives to enable their success in achieving team quota and consumption targets
  • Act as a hands-on coach, roll up your sleeves and jump into the trenches as needed utilizing daily huddles, paired cold-calling, sales demonstrations to bolster your team's performance
  • Partner with Customer Experience teams to build best practices and process efficiencies

What You Will Bring to the Role:

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite of software
  • Experience with CRM tools.
  • College degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
  • Ability to connect with customers specific needs to match Center’s value
  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant management experience, preferably in SaaS organization
  • Proven ability to exceed quota and revenue goals
  • Experience prospecting accounts and managing pipeline to maximize revenue
  • Effective oral and written and presentation skills
  • Analytical skills to review large data sets to find patterns for improved processes
  • Able to multi-task and effectively manage competing priorities
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization in a geo-dispersed and often virtual environment
  • Ability to travel as needed (less than 15%)

$250,000 - $250,000 a year

The Sales Director, Mid-Market pay transparency OTE is $250k annually + equity.
