Our client is a leader in providing Material Handling Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams' operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
- Prepare operational and financial sales department reports
- Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
- Participate in formulating and administering company policies and developing short/long-range goals and objectives
- Grow market share and market awareness
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Analyzes sales activities, cost, operations, and forecast data to determine division program toward stated goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in sales
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
