Primary Responsibilities
Connecting with Prospects: As a Sales Development Representative, you'll engage with potential clients, conducting in-depth research to understand their business and digital needs.
Lead Qualification: Your role will involve qualifying leads in the initial stages of the sales funnel, ensuring only the most promising prospects proceed.
Personalized Outreach: You'll be reaching out to prospects through various channels like cold calls, emails, and social networks, personalizing each touchpoint to create meaningful connections.
Education and Hand-off: Guide and educate prospects, smoothly transitioning them to the sales team when they reach a qualified stage.
Appointment Setting: Your efforts will include setting appointments for the sales team, driving attendance for webinars, live seminars, and conferences.
Sales Funnel Creation: You'll be instrumental in building a robust sales funnel that leads to forecastable opportunities.
Collaboration: Partner with sales and services to create compelling proposals for prospective clients.
Industry Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes, operations, and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Experience & Skills
A bachelor's degree or relevant work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct engaging group presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
