Job Description

Job Title: Sales Development Representative – SaaS – Tampa, Florida - On-site


The Role:

  • You’ll report into the SDR Manager who is also based in Tampa.
  • You’ll be targeted on generating 15 qualified opportunities per quarter.
  • Utilize Tech Stack, cold calling, video prospecting, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • This role is heavily outbound focused, some warm leads will be provided from marketing too but be prepared to do most of your own prospecting!
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Ratio is 1 SDR for 2 RSMs right now, but that will change to 1 SDR for 1 RSM soon.
  • Join a team of 3 SDRs in the Tampa office. This is currently a 5 day office role based role as they’re building out their sales machine.
  • Report to your manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
  • Identify best practices to refine the company’s lead generation playbook.
  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
  • Identify prospect's needs/pains and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
  • Represent the company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to prospect research to identify how their solutions meet customer needs.
  • Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.

  • Huge market potential and addressable market as their solution is sold to any company in any industry
  • Start-up founded by serial entrepreneurs who successfully exited with 3 companies before
  • The founders have solid relationships in the industry as well as with VC companies
  • Existing customer base in EMEA to build on (roughly 40 paying customers in the region)


The Ideal Candidate:

  • 6 months SDR experience or other relevant work experience
  • Creative, fast learner, driven, enthusiastic, can pitch themselves well, great writer, organised, empathetic, coachable, intelligent.


What you'll get:

  • $75,000 - $84,000 OTE
  • $53,000 - $60,000 base
