Description

We are seeking results-driven, customer-focused candidates for the magic maker position (aka Sales Associate). Our magic makers are at the heart of our team at Lolli & Pops. Magic makers are passionate, go-getters who care deeply about their team and their community. They ensure that every guest who enters our store has a positive and inspiring experience. They are visionaries who help us create a compelling, and ever-changing store experience that makes Lolli & Pops the preferred destination for our community’s candy needs.

Specifically, Magic Makers (aka Sales Associates) perform the following tasks:

• Drive sales through engagement of our guests, suggestive selling, sampling and sharing product knowledge
• Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout our guest’s visit
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness
• Support achievement of stores performance targets by adjusting focus and priorities as directed by Service Leader, Assistant Manager or Chief Purveyor
• Process sales and collect customer demographic information through our POS system
• Being a champion of Lolli & Pops inside and outside of the store
• Assist with inventory, including receiving product, stocking product and conducting inventory counts
