Position: Sales Assistant

Location: New York City.

Industry: International Investment Management Firm.

Requires:

• Assist additional team members with travel, meeting preparation and other aspects of their responsibilities.
• Must have significant experience with calendar management & itinerary coordination as well as travel coordination, handling spontaneous changes.
• Strong project management experience.
• Assisting a team of Business Development / Sales professionals.
• Must be very detail oriented.
• Must thrive as a "multi-tasker" in a high-energy environment.
• Coordinate events and client meetings.
• Database management - experience with Salesforce a plus.
• Very strong computer skills required - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• 3+ years of Administrative / Executive Assistant experience specifically within a Asset Management / Investment Management Firm.
• Arrange internal meetings.
• College degree is a plus.
