STAFFING MANAGER (Sales and Recruiting)
TalentZok is a boutique and rapidly growing staffing firm in Southern California, looking for talented professionals to join our team. We're expanding into new markets and are current hiring a Staffing Manager to grow our San Diego office. This role is for our perm/direct hire line of business.

About The Job (The Nitty Gritty)
The Staffing Manager performs inside/outside B2B sales, recruiting and customer service activities with existing and prospective clients. This opportunity has strong growth potential in a booming industry. The Staffing Manager will be responsible for selling our services to and developing relationships with businesses who are hiring as well as sourcing, screening and placing candidates into those positions.

Requirements
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver exceptional service and results
  • Desire to have fun and grow with a dynamic local company
  • BA/BS Degree strongly preferred
  • Ethical in all actions
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Attention to detail, even when multi-tasking or when under a deadline
  • B2B Sales Experience required
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed goals/metrics

  • Hourly Wage Range $22.00-$27.00 (with total expected compensation of $65,000-$90,000+ in year one and up to $120,000+ in year two)
