If you are looking to build a strong career, we have an opportunity for you! We are seeking a Sales Analyst- Kroger based in Cincinnati, OH to join our team (100% virtual role).
Your Role:
The Sales Analyst manages the collection, analysis, input and distribution of customer specific volume forecast at Kroger in support of Field Sales and Marketing. This role also interacts with RCP Customer Service and Kroger Replenishment Personnel, as necessary. You will have the opportunity to:

• Generate an initial forecast by item and by month.
• Reviews forecast with Kroger Sales Team and with personnel from each of the 4 Business Units.
• Review Kroger Portal Forecast by item and compares it against internal forecast making any necessary changes.
• Review historical shipment data.
• Input recommended forecast into Kroger Portal System and inputs by item by month forecast into RCP System, when applicable.
• Analyze syndicated data to understand non promoted and promoted movement.
• Collaborate with Kroger Sales team to understand distribution and promotional plans.

Ultimately, you will be a resource to troubleshoot and fix problems related to Shop Order accuracy and production reporting issues.

We need you to have:

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance Information Systems or related field preferred
• Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers
• Ability to identify, analyze and resolve problems logically and systematically
• Proficient in SAP a plus
• 3+ years of related professional business experience
• Sales and/ or Demand Planning experience in the CPG industry preferred
• High proficiency in Excel, including ability to use array formulas and pivot tables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization
• Proficient in MS Office

Icing on the cake:

• Previous demand planning experience a plus
• Previous experience with broker and/ or manufacturer a huge plus
