Responsibilities: RV Service Manager:

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Drive Service Center profitability through increased sales, gross profit, P&L management, and labor cost control
• Meet or exceed monthly budget projections
• Drive High-Volume RV Service Center profitability, control costs, build and lead a high performance team, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, and more!
• Build and lead a high performing team of Technicians, Service Advisors, Parts Associates, Porters, and Detailers
• Maintain a safe and functional working environment
• Foster a positive culture that promotes employee development and retention

Requirements - RV Service Manager:

• Demonstrated ability to drive a high level of profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Team builder
• Valid driver's license
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Experience managing a Service Center in the RV, automotive, marine, or power sports industry is strongly preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Dynamic leader
• Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
• Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
